Management

The RCUES is managed by three high level committees.

National Review and Monitoring Committee 1 Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India Chairman 2 Vice Chancellor, Lucknow University, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Director IIPA, New Delhi, Director General of AIILSG, Mumbai or Senior Level representative. Member 3 Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India Member 4 Joint Secretary & FA, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt. of India Member 5 Secretary (UD) of the concerned State i.e. Uttar Pradesh, Telengana, Maharashtra and New Delhi where the RCUES is Located. Member 6 Director, RCUES, Mumbai, Lucknow, Hyderabad, and Director, Centre for Urban Studies (CUS), IIPA, New Delhi Member 7 DS/ Director, Local Self Government, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt. of India Member Secretary Governing Council 1 Principal Secretary(UD), Govt. of Uttar Pradesh Chairman 2 Vice Chancellor of any University in the State of Uttar Pradesh, as decided by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh Member 3 Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India or his nominee Member 4 One nominee each from two State Govt. in the RCUES’s jurisdiction on rotation basis to be nominated by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India Member 5 Director, RCUES, Lucknow Member State Advisory Council (SAC) 1 Secretary/Principal Secretary (UD)/LSG of concerned State Chairman 2 JS (MoHUA) or his nominee Member 3 Director, RCUES, Lucknow Member 4 Sr. Representative of Water Supply Board Member 5 Commissioner of State Transport Member 6 Director, Town & Country Planning Member 7 Sr. Member/Faculty of RCUES Lucknow Member 8 Commissioner, Municipal Administration of respective Government Member Secretary
