Comprehensive Capacity Building
Programme

The Capacity Building (CB) programme has two components:
1. Component one deals with capacity development of ULBs for strengthened urban
management, and
2. Component two deals with creation of supporting structures and mechanisms at
State and Central level to facilitate capacity building of ULB
